Consulting, coaching, education or referral fees only. No rental transactions, deposits or balances. The seller must not own or operate the fleet billed through the account.

No CROA-regulated services or credit-bureau interaction on a consumer’s behalf.

Delivery schedules and refund policies must be reviewed, future-delivery exposure assessed, and required bonding in place.

E-doctors & telehealth
Licensed medical professionals only; no prescription fulfillment. The separate prohibition on clinical services billed through the platform still applies. Confirm the exact payment flow before processing.

Conservative claims only. No medical, financial or deliverance-style guarantees. Refund policy requires review.
